7. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please initiate a return request through your account on our website. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed per RBI guidelines within 5–7 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy in that case. Trisu reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

9A. Product Warranty
All Trisu jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for a reasonable period from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@trisu.in with your order details and a description of the defect. Trisu reserves the right to repair or replace the defective item at its sole discretion.
9B. BIS Hallmarking Compliance
All sterling silver jewelry sold by Trisu is hallmarked in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulations. Each piece carries the 925 stamp, certifying 92.5% silver purity.
10. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure that our website is available and error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any interruptions or delays in accessing our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
