Return & Exchange Policy

We truly appreciate your trust in Trisu and are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Standard Return Policy
We offer 7-day returns and exchanges for customers across India, starting from the day the shipment is delivered. After 7 days, returns are not accepted. Exchanges may still be applicable as per the conditions outlined below.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by raising a request here:

Once you submit the request, our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.

3. Packaging Requirements
Items must be in new, unworn condition and returned in the original blue Trisu box, sealed with tape, and placed inside Trisu's sealed polythene bag, along with the invoice.

Returns sent without the Trisu box or in loose or unsealed packaging will not be accepted. If your order included any free gifts, they must also be returned. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please record a video of the entire process — showing the parcel contents, packing the parcel, and handing it over to our delivery partner. If this video is not recorded, Trisu will not be liable for any claims related to missing items, tampering, or pilferage in return or exchange parcels.

4. Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all returns. This charge does not apply to exchanges. If your location falls under an unserviceable zone and you self-ship the product to us, the ₹150 deduction will be waived.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or personalised
  • Items purchased during sale events (eligible for exchange only)
  • Nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
  • Rakhis
  • Coins

6. Lifetime Exchange Policy
We offer lifetime exchange on all eligible products against fading. To exchange a product, raise a request at:

In exchange, you will receive a store credit or Trisu coupon for the amount you originally paid.

Please note: Exchanges are based on the amount you paid, not the current silver rate. Exchange orders are not treated as new orders and are not eligible for further returns or exchanges. Products purchased using store credits or Trisu coupons are not eligible for exchange again.

Not covered under lifetime exchange: Pearls, locks or closures, stones falling off, polish discolouration, breakage caused by unlinking, damage to the TS logo, or any product that appears intentionally tampered with.

7. Breakage Policy
The 6-month breakage policy is applicable only to chains. To exchange a product, raise a request at:

Exchanges due to breakage or fading of the Trisu logo or lock will be charged.

For repairs:

  • Chains: ₹650
  • Rings/Bangles: ₹1,250

8. Out of Stock Items
If the item you ordered or exchanged is out of stock, you will receive a coupon code for the order value paid at the time of purchase. Exchanges are strictly based on the order value and not on the weight in grams of the jewellery.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Hand it back to the delivery person for RTO (Return to Origin). Once done, WhatsApp us immediately on +91 9351323151. We will resolve the issue and send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: We cannot process a return or replacement without the unboxing or tampering video that was originally requested.

10. Mistakenly Returned Non-Trisu Items
If a non-Trisu item is mistakenly included in your return parcel, we will not be able to ship it back and cannot take responsibility for it. Please ensure you only include Trisu products in your return package.

11. Return and Exchange Timeline
The entire process typically takes 15–17 business days:

  • Day 1–2: Request review and approval
  • Day 3–6: Product pickup by courier
  • Day 7–12: Product reaches us
  • Day 13–17: Refund initiated or exchange shipped

We try to move faster whenever possible, but timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays.

12. Missed Pickup
If you miss handing over the product during the scheduled pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to complete your return or exchange.

13. Unboxing Video
Please record a clear unboxing video when you receive your Trisu package. If there is an issue such as a damaged, missing, or wrong product, this video will help us process your request quickly. Without this video, Trisu reserves the right to decline the claim.
