What materials are used in Trisu jewellery?

We craft our pieces from high-quality 925 sterling silver, an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Our gold options feature 18K gold vermeil with 2.5 microns of thickness, which is five times thicker than regular gold plating, for a luxurious finish. Meanwhile, our silver options are plated with white rhodium for a shiny and durable look.

We use advanced techniques for unbreakability and a thicker coating layer to ensure durability. Our expert jewellers handcraft each piece, which is then tested to simulate everyday wear. This process ensures that our jewellery stands the test of time.

3. What is the quality of your gemstones?

Our gemstones are graded AA, indicating a top-tier quality. They are virtually flawless, have excellent colour and clarity, and a cut designed to enhance their sparkle.

Trisu jewellery is certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and features the '925' stamp for silver purity, and Trisu logo, guaranteeing quality and brand authenticity.

6. Can I wear Trisu jewellery during physical activities or sports?

Yes, you can wear them, but we recommend limiting exposure during intense activities. Like all metals, including gold, they can lose their luster with regular exposure to water and sweat. However, our pieces are durable enough to handle occasional contact with water.

7. How do I maintain my Trisu jewellery?

Our Trisu pieces are built to last. To keep them looking great, just follow these tips:

  • Store in Your Pouch: Keep your jewellery in the provided pouch to avoid scratches and dust.
  • Keep It Clean: Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, soaps, lotions, and perfumes.

We don't offer specific customization options, but we’d love to hear your ideas! We don't offer customizations, but our adjustable designs fit most sizes.

Warranty & Repairs

1. Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your products?

Yes, we absolutely do! At Trisu, we’re proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our plating. If your jewellery ever fades or discolours, we’ll replace it up to two times, free of charge for the entire lifetime of the piece. Plus, if your jewellery breaks within the first 6 months, we’ll have it replaced once for you as well.

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or stolen. It also doesn’t include scratches from everyday use, improper storage, or modifications made by anyone other than Trisu.

Please note we reserve the right to deny exchanges or replacements if the fading is not easily perceptible or noticeable to the eye, and/or if breakage/damage of the product is due to an external force.

2.Do you offer a repair service?

While we don’t offer repair services, we do provide a Lifetime Warranty that covers exchange for issues related to fading, discolouration, and breakage. This means you can confidently enjoy your piece, knowing we’ll take care of any issues that come up.

3. What is the process for re-plating my jewellery?

If you notice any fading or discoloration and need replating, here’s how you can easily get it taken care of:

  1. Log In: Sign in to your account at Trisu Account Login using your registered email address.
  2. Request Exchange: Once logged in, go to "REQUEST RETURN/EXCHANGE," select a reason for the request, and follow the steps to submit it.
  3. Wait for Instructions: After your request is reviewed, you’ll receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

2. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before it's shipped. To do so:

a. Log in to your account on the Trisu website and go to the "Your Orders" section.

b. Alternatively, you can raise a cancellation request via WhatsApp or phone call.

Please note:

- If you cancel before shipping, we'll initiate the refund immediately.

- If the order has already shipped, we'll wait for it to reach our warehouse before processing the refund.

3. Can I change my order or delivery address after it's been placed?

1. Is shipping chargeable? 

No, we offer free delivery across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. For detailed shipping information, please see our shipping policy.

2. How long will it take to process and ship my order?

We process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

3. How do I track my order?

You can easily track your order in a few simple steps:

a) Via Email: You will receive a tracking link in your order dispatch email. Clicking on this link will take you directly to the tracking information. 

b) Via Our Website:

  • Click on the menu icon (the three-lines) found at the top left of our website.
  • From the menu, select the "Track Order" option.
  • Enter either your Order Number or Tracking Number:
  • Order Number: This is shared with you in the order confirmation email and looks something like COMFORTxxxx (where xxxx represents a sequence of four numbers).
  • Tracking Number: This is sent to you in the order dispatch email once your order has been shipped.

We don't cover lost or stolen packages once it is delivered.
