All our jewellery is made of high-quality, lightweight 925 sterling silver - an alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. We offer four unique platings - gold, rose gold, silver, and black. The gold and rose gold options utilise 18K gold plating, thicker and more durable than standard plating. The black plating consists of black rhodium, while silver consists of white rhodium, and is more durable than any other plating.
Apart from the premium materials we use, we also employ electro-coating, and a 1-micron layer instead of the industry-standard 0.5-micron layer. Although seemingly insignificant, this makes a considerable difference in the jewellery's durability. Expert jewellers handcraft all our pieces, which are then rigorously tested under conditions mimicking everyday use in India.
We engineer and test our pieces to withstand daily use, knowing that busy women might wear them during showers or sleep. Doing this may reduce the lifespan, but we work hard to make them last as long as possible.
However, we recommend avoiding contact with chemicals and removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or performing physical chores if you can. Regularly clean your jewellery using a soft cloth and store it in the cute box provided to maintain its shine and prolong its life.

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product which covers any plating related issues. Just contact us at email@example.com and we'll work together to find a resolution.
We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 1-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Trisu.
We offer free delivery across India, with no minimum order. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.
We do our best to get your favourites shipped out as soon as possible. It takes us 2-4 business days to process the order and send it on its way. From there, delivery time varies between 4-7 days depending on your location. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details to keep an eye on its progress.
We don't cover lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. For smooth delivery, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
You can pay with your UPI, debit card, credit card, or cash on delivery, but you can save ₹100 if you place a pe-paid order. We accept both Indian and international cards, and if, for any reason, your payment doesn't go through, please write to us and we'll help with alternative payment methods.
You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped. We work hard to dispatch your jewellery as soon as possible, so we would appreciate early cancellation notices. Refunds for all cancelled orders will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Certainly. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can raise a return request within 10 days from the delivery date by emailing your order details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please review our refund policy for more details. However, we do not provide exchanges.
