We accept cancellation requests **within 48 hours of placing the order**.

After 48 hours, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, as the order may have already moved into processing or dispatch.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you can raise a **return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery**, subject to our applicable return and exchange policy.

Please note that orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return or exchange after delivery, provided the order meets the applicable eligibility criteria.
